Moen kitchen soap dispenser pump unfortunately has broken twice. Exactly What I Was Looking For
About every three years the soap pump next to the kitchen faucet fails. In the past, I've been sold an entire replacement unit, including the metal soap dispensing spigot, from my local home store for lots of bucks. Now I can order just the busted pump for much less and continue to use the original metal head and spigot. This pump is an exact replacement for my Moen soap dispenser.

Moen 139221 Pump Assembly
As others have pointed out, this pump is weak and Moen should try to do something to improve its longevity. I replace this unit about every year and a half on a regular bases. Save on shipping and buy several as you'll need them if you plan on using this dispenser for any length of time. But really, this isn't a bad price for what you get..........

Moen Design Flaw
I bought my kitchen system new, the soap pump tube broke. I have purchased two replacement tubes in the last year. There is a design flaw or they simply use the cheapest of materials for mass production. Guess I need to buy bulk or just by a Delta soap dispenser.

Cracked after a couple of months
Heed the warnings of the other reviewers. My pump stopped working after a couple of months. I pulled it out, thinking I was out of soap, and nope! The stupid thing is cracked. Maybe I should order these in bulk?

fragile soap dispensers....
I moved into "new" house the end of September 2006 and have replaced soap dispenser pump 3 times since moving in. There has got to be something MOEN can do to improve the design or materials to stop pump from cracking. Those pumps are not free of charge...

Excellent product
Our soap dispenser broke and I ordered a replacement part from the Faucet Depot. Product came on time and as described. Installation took about 30 seconds. My only complaint is this part is made of plastic and requires replacement. In our case it lasted for 6 years.

not a good product
The pump worked for about two weeks then quit working.I replaced the old one with this for the same reason. The old one worked for a couple years though. I guess it's not stong enough to pump kichen soap. I cleaned it several times. It will pump water ok so it's not clogged. It pumps a little bit of soap and then stops and won't pump anymore.
