The faucet replaces a similar Coralais faucet I had originally in my home; the only difference is my old ones had a ceramic inlay on the handles whereas these are solid chrome. But, otherwise, everything else seems the same as my old ones which had corroded badly on the base due to users not wiping it down after getting it wet. The old ones were about 11-12 years old. No leaks though, just an "appearance" issue.
