This item was purchased to replace a 6 yr old hot water dispenser. The new item was simple to install, and looks to be well designed and built. Had a minor problem that was quickly resolved by the Manufacturer. Both the Manufacturer and Supplier both provided good service. Would purchase from both again.

GREAT PRODUCT - BUT HAS A MISSING LINK
Faucet installed easily in the existing sprayer hole in our SS sink.The tank unit easily mounted under-cabinet with the SS screws provided. I bought a $20 1-HR timer and it works great without having the unit running 24 Hrs/day. At almost $300 it should have a timer included.

Hot! Hot! Hot!
I replaced a smaller unit that had worked wonderfully for 5 years but finally expired. This unit works well (though I've only had it for 1 month so far), but the tank is much larger than the last one, and I had to modify things under the counter (switch garbage disposal to other sink, etc.) in order to make it fit. It does put out a really good stream of nice hot water, though.

Instant Hot Water
This is a great product for the price. We did not install ourselves because the valves under our sink needed to be repaired so a plumber installed it. It works great, giving us very hot water whenever we need it!

Looks & Works Great
Replaced one I had with leaking tank that was >10 yrs.old. Liked the handle on the old one better than the button on this one but I did buy the most inexpensive replacement so that's to be expected. It looks great, has a bigger tank & works great. I can't imagine not having one!!!

Awesome... Works great easy install
We had a different brand for a while. It was cheap and flimsy. That one started to leak and that is why I replaced it. This one installed easier than the other one by far. As a side note I plug it into a timer so it only heats during the day. That way it uses half the energy.
