Great Service and Well Designed Coupling

First, the service. Right after I ordered this part, my credit card company informed me of an attempt to hack my account and froze all recent charges. Before I even spoke to my card company to sort out the real from the false charges I received a phone call from Faucet Depot. Because I was about to leave town for several weeks and needed the part quickly, they volunteered to ship it and worry about sorting out the payment later. Fortunately, I was able to do that before I left. They were very pleasant about it. No shouting. No threats. Just a frankly enjoyable conversation. When was the last time you had a pleasant conversation with an online company when there was a problem? When was the last time, in fact, when you could speak to someone from an online vendor? Thank God for vendors like Faucet Depot.As for the part itself, it went on easily and does its job well. The problem with anything from Grohe, however, is that they never have installation instructions and they have no idea how to to write the meager instructions they sometimes provide. Oh, and their technical support line is useless too. it's a good thing I had installed one of these parts before and knew what all the little unmarked pieces were for.
