They work
We pull a lot of mud/silt up the well. Filters it out before the softener. Change about every three months but that will depend on your water.

I will continue to buy this product.
I have my own water well in sand and need to filter out sand and this whole home water filter does an excellent job. Sand can damage faucet valves and shower heads.

Best advice is to put a pre-filter at the well to trap 5 micron particles before they get to the Aqua-Pure RO.
