ACT D'MAND KONTROLS System C3-100-PF Series System

A little confusing...

I have to give this System C3-100-PF recirculating pump system a neutral 3-star rating at this point since my contractor has yet to complete our bathroom remodel enough to install this pump. I did find the online purchase through the FaucetDepot to be a little confusing due to all the available configurations and options for this product. I finally had to call Customer Service to confirm whether the pump in this packaged "system" came with a floor mounting stand (it didn't so I ordered it separately) or with the wired low voltage pushbutton switch (it did). The latter looked like it might be included from the photo, but was not listed in the description of the system to readily confirm this. However, the Customer Service Rep was very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable about this product. Once my order was placed, the two boxes arrived quickly and in good shape. The installation instructions are perhaps a little bit of a struggle to follow since they cover more than one pump type. I marked up the instructions for my installer so he can clearly see what is not applicable to the pump I ordered.
