| We are totally thrilled with the service of your company. From time of order to the time we received these parts was about 4-5 days which included the weekend. No phone calls, no problems, just great service. Back in Aug-Sept, we called Home Annex 3 times to confirm these parts were included in a trim kit package we ordered. Six weeks later when it finally come in, the valves were missing. After many phone calls, waiting on phone for 1-2 hours at a time, being hung up on, sales manager refusing to take our calls, we finally gave up. Wished we had found you first. |
