A better choice for water quality, conservation and hygiene

Chicago Faucets allows you to bring environment-friendly technology to any application. The touch-free, dual beam design provides quick response time and provides the added safety of improved hygiene. Precise metering, a 0.5 gpm outlet and programming options like our Water Saver Mode can provide substantial water savings.

We have over 20 years experience designing and manufacturing electronic faucets. The faucet is activated when the infrared beams are reflected back at the sensor from the user’s hands. If interference from changes in lighting or reflections is detected, the faucet will automatically switch to sense motion only. The ability to make this adjustment, helps eliminate false activations and unnecessary water usage.

ECAST® New laws regarding lead content in plumbing products are taking effect in states around the country. We have a complete assortment of ECAST electronic faucets designed to meet these new low lead initiatives. Our ECAST faucets are manufactured with less than one quarter of one percent (0.25%) total lead content by weighted average.

Reliable and smart — HyTronic® and E-Tronic®

A new generation of sensor-operated faucets: HyTronic and E-Tronic represent a new generation of sensor-operated faucets for deck and wall-mounted installations. Extensive, ongoing testing proves the reliability of our electronic line. In our test environment, over 4 million faultless operations demonstrates their robustness. Water tight electronics and vandal resistant features, combined with a long-life lithium battery equip these faucets for years of intense, trouble-free operation.

The twin-beam infrared system responds quickly, adjusts to changes in its environment and minimizes false activations. In addition, above deck components and remote diagnostic technology allow for fast, trouble-free installation, and easy maintenance.

The E-Tronic® 40

The E-Tronic 40 is a new easy-to-install, durable electronic option for any lavatory installation - from convenience stores to restaurants. Integral body design allows easy 'plug-and-play' installations into existing single hole or 4" installations with an optional cover plate for 8" centers.

Above-deck design, single water supply for tempered water, a 0.5 gpm outlet and abbreviated Commander control are supported by many of the great features found in our HyTronic line. The E-Tronic 40 was specifically designed to provide a new, easy-to-install,easy-to-maintain electronic alternative to any commercial lavatory location.

The 420-CP

A New, Economical Option for Lavatory Installations

Chicago Faucets brings a new, affordable option for commercial lavatory installations. The 420-CP combines the durability of solid brass construction with the dependability of a time tested ceramic mixing valve. Easy to install and just as easy to maintain, is a great addition to any commercial lavatory project.

The 420-CP meets ADA requirements and is tested and certified to industry standards: ASME A112.18.1, NSF 61, Sec. 9 and CSA B125.

Shower valves for every application.

Chicago Faucets offers a selection of shower valves to match your unique needs, design, and budget. From our pressure balancing valve to our two thermostatic/pressure balancing valves you can count on consistent, durable, and dependable shower performance. Each valve is engineered to provide a consistent, safe temperature range for your application and is designed to help reduce the risk of scalding. Like all Chicago Faucets, our line of shower valve products are manufactured specifically for high use areas and are ideal for education, healthcare, hospitality, multi-family, and fitness applications.

Pressure Balancing

The Chicago Faucets pressure balancing shower valve is designed to respond immediately to changes in hot or cold water pressure to provide a safe, comfortable shower. If either supply pressure fails, the valve will shut down instantaneously. A proven, dependable diaphragm/poppet cartridge is housed in a rugged, bronze casting.

Thermostatic/Pressure Balancing

The Chicago Faucets thermostatic/pressure balancing valve provides true protection against changes in both pressure and temperature. Using advanced thermal actuator technology, this valve provides consistent temperature within 5º F and can compensate for 50% fluctuation in pressure and 25º F changes in temperature. The self-contained cartridge is easy to replace and installs in just minutes.

TempShield™ Thermostatic/Pressure Balancing

The Chicago Faucets TempShield thermostatic/pressure balancing valve allows the user to select a precise water temperature for showering. Tested and factory preset not to exceed 112º F, the TempShield helps safeguard against scalding.

A shower system for extra protection and total comfort.

The Chicago Faucets thermostatic/pressure balancing shower valve provides extra protection from scalding and thermal shocks by constantly monitoring both the water temperature and pressure. The rotating handle control provides a wide comfort zone that can be gradually and precisely adjusted to regulate water temperature from cold to hot. Water temperature can be controlled even further with limit stops that restrict handle movement toward the full hot position. Our adjustable shower head provides a full range of shower patterns for the ultimate in comfort.

Shower Valve Products

Chicago Faucets is proud to introduce our new line of shower valve products; these products are available for immediate sale. Our new shower valve offering includes a broader range of products to meet your specification needs.

We now offer both a Pressure Balancing valve and a Thermostatic/Pressure Balancing valve. The new offering contains a Valve Only (VO) rough-in version of both device models for those instances where there is a need for pre-installation of the valve only. The Trim Kit (TK) models can be ordered separately to suit your installation requirements. Our existing 2500 TempShield™ product family will remain in our product line as a complement to our new shower valves.

Chicago Faucets offers a complete selection of commercial-grade cartridges including the Quaturn.® Truly an American original - it is a solid piece of engineering that has set the standard for commercial faucets for the past century. While there are imitations, there is no substitute for the quality of a Chicago Faucet cartridge.

The Chicago Faucet cartridge collection includes more than 100 types of cartridges designed for your application needs. This collection includes a choice of: Quaturn, Ceramic, Slow Compression, Metering and Klo-Self self-closing cartridges.
